DAY-II

Within the scope of the training modules of our “Empowered Media Navigators" project, our participants had the opportunity to test their theoretical knowledge in the field.

During the "City Rally" event held on designated routes in Ankara city center, various tasks themed around digital content creation, information verification, and interaction with the local population were assigned to our participants.

Our participants;

  • Gained on-site knowledge about cultural and political history through visits to the TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) and Museums,
  • Enhanced their communication skills through street interviews and observation missions,
  • Successfully completed the assigned media tasks through teamwork.

This activity, which takes the learning process out of the classroom, reflects the practice-oriented vision of our project.
In the session hosted by our institution, the decisive role of Erasmus+ projects in the career and educational lives of young people was addressed under the guidance of Mr. Mustafa Seyrek.

In the meeting, which proceeded in an interactive question-and-answer format; the contributions of the projects to professional development, the importance of intercultural communication in the business world, and the self-confidence and vision gained through international experience were detailed.

While mentorship support was provided to alleviate participants' pre-mobility anxieties, attention was drawn to the mission of Erasmus+ projects to cultivate "individuals who transcend borders." The importance of these projects, which prepare our youth to become global citizens, was once again reaffirmed.
